Dunbar Golf Club is about 20 minutes east of North Berwick and worth the trip. A classic seaside course from around 1850 that was vastly improved by James Braid and Ben Sayers in 1923, where amongst other things, they installed another 61 new bunkers!

The first two holes could be considered a bit dull as it works its way towards the sea, but it then turns into a stunning course along the shoreline. Be careful of the stone walls here, several of them are out of bounds.
