Golf Trips to England

England Golf Breaks

Did you know that England has over 1800 registered golf clubs making it the highest in Europe? Golf has been played here since the 1600’s and there are currently over 650,000 registered members! This active golf scene means that it is sometime difficult to play as a visitor at the weekends as teetimes are reserved for members. This is particularly true for the more famous, and the Royal golclubs.

We have chosen to focus on two of the most popular golf coasts, the North West and the Kent coast, however we are more than happy to help arrange visits to other areas, just send us a message!

We organise golf tours across England, with the most popular courses in the North West and South of the country. If you are interested in something that isn’t listed please contact us.

On the English northwest coast there are a number of fantastic links courses, from the world famous Royal Birkshire and Royal Liverpool, to more hidden gems like West Lancashire and Southport & Ainsdale, all a little more than an hour from Manchester Airport.

Our accommodation is based around the town of Southport where there are a number of hotels and Bed & Breakfasts, restaurants, pubs and bars, but if you want more action it’s only 45 minutes to Liverpool! Transfer from Manchester Airport takes about 1 hour.

On the Kentish coast you will find the worldfamous Royal St George, and its near neighbours Royal Cinque Port and Princes GC. All three are based near small, quaint Kentish towns, with our accommodation situated in Deal and the slightly smaller village Sandwich (yes, it really is called that!) both have several restaurants, cafes, and pubs. Transfers from Heathrow Airport takes around 2 hours, and from Gatwick Airport it’s around 90 minutes
