Crail Golfing Society is on the tip of the coast about 20 minutes south of St Andrews. It has two very good courses, Balcomie which is considered the championships course and Craighead, which is from the 1990’s.

Crail has a very good day ticket rate for those of our clients that wish to play two rounds. Balcomie is slighter shorter than your average seaside course, only 5922 yards and par 69, but with the strong wind it doesn’t really matter as you won’t get far anyway! The Course has several blind shots, we recommend that you purchase a course guide, for example on the 2^nd hole you might be on the fairway but you still won’t have a clue where to aim…

Craighead is designed by American architect Gil Hanse and the result is a fabulously fun course with some spectacular views.
